Kingsway is fully insured and all workers are covered by worker’s compensation,
property damage, public liability and complete operation insurance, Omissions in the
Contract Documents and any
work requested in variance to the Contract Documents are considered extra to the
Contract and are not included in the Contract Price.
Any additional work, required due to site conditions known to the Owner and not
disclosed to the Project Manager, or which could not be reasonably anticipated by the
Project Manager on site, are not included in the Contract Price and shall be extra to the
Contract Price.

Shipping / Delivery Information
All ordered products are shipped and delivered from our garden centre at 1950 Wilson ave, Etobicoke, Ontario.
products are refundable with a 25% restock fee for all products available before installing or planting,
if any products have been installed or planted it makes product's non refundable and a 1 year warranty applies.
Drawings & Layout Plan Policy:
Payment Policy
Deposits are only taken from agreements which require a minimum finalization of
CAN,$5000.00, anything less than the amount required is to be paid in full prior to
start of all Kingsway Projects depending on payment method used.
Cheques or payments by PayPal are due 7 business days before start of all
Kingsway projects.
Policy does not include seasonal subscription services.
Any other payment methods are required upon Start.
Any remaining balances or ad-ons shall be paid upon completion, Operations that
are complete as tasks go should be signed off and remainder of payment to be
issued.
Any ad on balances to site in operation shall be paid upon adding the request by assigned
client.
Refund / Return Policy:
Products are purchase and signed off as final sale which means they are non
refundable after installation/s have started, if you would like to cancel after Deliveries have been made and documents have been sign a 25% cancellation fee applies.
the agreement is non-refundable as it goes
towards material cost aswell as preparation costs after getting started with any Kingsway Confirmed Site, once the home owner agrees to the terms and conditions
project has to proceed completing listed tasks.
Warranty Policy:
1 year warranty for any sod installations, 7 year warranty for any Interlock/Paver Installations, Lifetime manufacturer warranty is effective for stone/Pavers on select Stone Brands and
issued upon completion of all Kingsway projects, issue date/s and expiration
date/s will be listed on warranty offered, warranty is handed to the paying client,
coverage will be under the property address.
